Larry Young

As Co Owner/President of RidgeWater Real Estate Services, my business is real estate, but my focus is people. A Bay Area resident for 48 years, and Brentwood resident for 19 years, I started RidgeWater Real Estate in 2007 to serve the needs of buyers and sellers in Contra Costa County.

I have 30 years of Business and Management experience, which I now use to serve my real estate clients well. My focus is on being available and responding quickly to clients' requests.

My senior management experience for different manufacturers, combined with my service in Brentwood, CA community groups is a solid foundation for real estate service. I understand the importance of teamwork, skillful negotiation, people skills, and I work with integrity to make real estate transactions go smoothly for both buyers and sellers.

Married for 28 years and a father and grandfather, I work to help families and others find real estate that satisfies. Throughout the process, my commitment is to always keeping my clients informed. I provide the latest information on what's happening in real estate in Brentwood, Oakley, Discovery Bay, Antioch, and their surrounding areas.

Dave Hansen

As Co Owner/Broker of RidgeWater Real Estate Services, I'm also a people person dedicated to excellent personalized service. A Bay Area resident for 35 years, and a Oakley, CA resident for more than 17 years I have a deep understanding of the region and it's people. I use this understanding to help buyers and sellers alike make real estate decisions that meet their needs in Contra Costa County.

My 27 years as a Pastor, along with my experience as a Police Chaplain for Oakley, Brentwood, and Contra Costa Sheriff's Departments are my foundation for providing customer service with integrity and compassion.

Married for 30 years and a father and grandfather, I understand the diverse real estate needs of families, first time homebuyers, retirees and others. I work to ensure buyers and sellers benefit from my team player approach to real estate.
